I am so excited to be your child’s second grade teacher. This will be the beginning of my 20th school year! This is my third year teaching at White Oak!  I love teaching at White Oak, it’s the best place to be.  I taught 12 years in Pine Tree and 5 years in Flower Mound. I received my Bachelors in Education from The University of North Texas. My husband, Scott coaches girl’s high school basketball and teaches 8th grade science in Gladewater.  Together we have 5 awesome kids. My oldest Trey is a 2015 graduate of Pine Tree. Bryce is 17 and is a senior at White Oak High School. He plays baseball and enjoys fishing. Kalyn is 12 and is a seventh grader at White Oak Middle School.  She enjoys dancing, softball, and basketball! I also have 2 wonderful step daughters. Rylie is 18 and is starting her Freshman year at SFA. Kamryn is 14 and is a freshman at Sabine. She enjoys playing volleyball, soccer, and tennis. I have a puppy named Gunner that is almost a year old.  He is a black lab/boxer mix. We have a lab-pit mix named Oakley and 2 cats, Nala and Storm. I am looking forward to an awesome year with your kiddo.
